    The training

    The training – Management of Emotions, Difficult Conversations and Conflict Situations was conducted by the initiative of Caucasus International University, Life-Long Learning Service and Personnel Management Service on July 17-18.

    The training was conducted by Mr.Tariel Sikharulidze, Associate Member of the Institute for Research and Education on Negotiation (ESSEC School of Business) for CIU academic and administrative personnel.

    The training united two main modules of emotions and conflict management, such as role playing and its discussion, theoretical lectures and various questions.

    The aim of the training was to familiarize participants with various strategies of conflict management and negotiation process, as well as the role and significance of emotions. In addition, to improve communication and speaking skills in difficult and conflicting situations.

    Participants of Spanish Language and Culture Courses Were Awarded Certificates

    Spanish Language and Culture courses initiated by Caucasus International University Department of International Relations and Life-Long Learning Service have ended and the participant students have been awarded certificates.

    The course lasted for 4 months and it was conducted by Rodrigo Rey Viejo, PhD students at the University of Alcala (Spain).

    Rodrigo Rey Viejo visited Caucasus International University within the framework of Erasmus+ Student Exchange Program.

    CIU permanently offers such kind of courses.

    Summer Employment Program in Germany for BA and MA Students

    Caucasus International University Life-Long Learning Service is pleased to offer summer employment program in Germany. The above mentioned program is implemented by the support of German company “MitOst” which is a facilitator of international programs offering practice and cultural exchange.

    Students will have a chance to be employed in Germany during summer holidays and get a well-paid job.

    Duration of Employment: Maximum 90 days.

    Period: May-September.

    Remuneration: Average 8 EURO per hour.

    Preconditions for Participation in Program:

    • An applicant must be 18-35 years old
    • BA and MA student with an active status
    • Command of German language on B1 level
    • Citizen of Georgia

    The deadline for submitting documents is 31. 05. 2018
