Residency in Therapeutic Dentistry - 6200 GEL
Therapeutic Dentistry Residency Program - 6200 GEL The program was accredited on 22. 06. 2020 by the decision N4 of the Accreditation Council for Professional Development of the Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labor, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia. Accreditation for 3 years.
The goal of the program is to develop a competitive dentist with a relevant medical education and to gain relevant experience for future independent medical practice;
The quota was defined as 3 candidates;
The duration of the program – 11 months;
Upon successful completion of the full residency course, the resident receives the relevant certificate and has to pass the state certification exam to gain the right to work independently in the medical field. After certification, a dentist trained in residency has the right to work as a therapist-dentist in all medical-prophylactic institutions, regardless of his/her organizational-legal affiliation;
