Within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, Caucasus International University announces a short-term exchange program at the University of Burgos (Spain) for academic and administrative staff.
Competition place: 1 teaching mobility at the University of Burgos
Mobility duration: 7 days (2 travel days and 5 working days)
Mobility implementation period: October 7-11, 2024
Grant allocated for mobility: Maximum €1,120 (€530 - travel expenses; €160 per day - living expenses)
Purpose of mobility: The selected staff member is required to participate in the International Staff Week at the University of Burgos.
The deadline for applications is June 14, 2024.

Selection criteria and process:
The selection process includes three stages;
Evaluation and validation of candidates:
· Implementer: Evaluation committee of the partner institution
· Method: Verification of submitted documentation
· Rules: Internal regulations of the institute and Erasmus+ KA171 program guidelines
Evaluation criteria:
· Internationalization experience: 40%
· Motivation: 20%
· Relevance of proposal: 20%
· Age: 20%
Compilation of selected and reserve candidate lists:
· The evaluation committee presents a list of candidates and reserves meeting the criteria
Final selection at the University of Burgos:
· The selection committee of the University of Burgos evaluates applications and determines the final allocation of places
· Results are published on the notice boards of the University of Burgos and partner institutions
