Zura Kavtaria, a president of Caucasus International University Student Self-Governance introduced the project “Student Life 2016” to students and the representatives of administration on 12 October, 2016.
There was a minute’s silence in memory of Tengiz Donadze, CIU Vice Chancellor at the beginning of the presentation.
Zura Kavtaria placed emphasis on the project aims and objectives during the presentation.
The project enables the university students to make attempts in cultural, intellectual and sports fields. The above mentioned three fields unite twenty different species. Students’ photo competition will be held for the first time within the framework of the project.
Student Self-Governance encouraged students, especially first-year students, to be actively involved in students’ life by showing a video depicting student life.
Registration for the individuals interested in the project will be available on 13 October from 12:00 at CIU Foyer.
Tornike Revia, director of the University Club of Funny and Inventive made a speech during the meeting and encouraged the attending audience to support CIU team Old Boys at the third quarter final which will be held at TSU I building Assembly Hall on 19 October at 18:00.
