An online training course on the topic: Art of Successful Negotiations was organized by Caucasus International University Career Development Service and Life-Long Learning Service on December 3, 4 and 5, 2020.
The aim of the course was to introduce to students all the strategies and methods that have been used by the world’s leading negotiators for decades.
The training course was conducted by Gvantsa Kakauridze, Academic Program Coordinator at
International School of Economics (ISET) at TSU and Freelance Journalist on World Political and Economic Affairs.
Upon completion of the course, each participant had the opportunity to distinguish between rigid, weak, and principle forms of negotiation, to conduct interest-based negotiations, and to avoid biased approaches. The training also covered the negotiation characteristics of different countries and the importance of body language.
The participants were awarded certificates upon the completion of the training.
