On June 14, an internal screening of the film “Lisa, Go On” directed by Nana Janelidze was held in the Niko Nikoladze conference hall of Caucasus International University.
The screening was attended by the chancellor of Caucasus International University, Vakhtang Tsivtsivadze, the rector Kakhaber Kordzaia, the university academic and administrative staff, invited guests and students together with the authors of the film.
Kakhaber Kordzaia, Rector of Caucasus International University, Giorgi Pareshishvili, Advisor to the Rector, Rusudan Kvaratskhelia, Multimedia Center Producer, Guram Odisharia, Writer and Social Worker and Nino Chalaganidze, Head of the Multimedia Center and Advisor to the Chancellor addressed the audience.
The main character of the full-length feature film is a female journalist who worked as a reporter during the war in Abkhazia 25 years ago. The script is based on the professional experience of its co-author - Lia Toklikishvili. Ekaterine Togonidze and Nina Eradze play the roles of protagonists in the film.
“Lisa, Go On” was filmed with the support of the National Film Center. It is a Georgian-Bulgarian co-production. 2D animation clips are included in the movie, which makes it even more interesting.
A discussion was held after the film. The audience had the opportunity to ask questions to the authors of the film and state their position in an interactive format.
