Davit Kikvidze’s masterclass on the topic: Motivation and Successful Career was organized by CIU Career Development Service within the framework of the project Step to a Successful Career on March 29, 2019.
Davit Kiknadze is an expert of economics and a founder of recruitment platform hrlab.ge. He discussed with students the activities of the company and the main aims. In addition, the presenter placed emphasis on boosting motivation and the issues of planning a successful career within the framework of the meeting.
Hrlab.ge was founded in 2017 and it was funded by Startup Georgia – Program to Support Innovative Business. The main aim of the company is to establish effective feedback between an employer and a potential employee. Furthermore, it tries to simplify the process of recruitment and the possibility of job seekers spreading their skills.
