Masterclass – “The First Step Towards Leadership”

On June 6, the Faculty of Business and Technology of Caucasus International University organized a masterclass on the topic – “The First Step Towards Leadership”.

The masterclass was led by a business trainer - Kesaria Gavashelishvili. Within the framework of the masterclass, the students covered the following issues: personal characteristics of a leader; recognizing the axis of own values; leader and environment; stereotypes VS reputation; empathy; self-management and emotional regulation; setting a goal.

The master class was conducted in an interactive mode and provoked great interest among the audience.
