Caucasus International University is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Dentistry Program Coordinator.
Qualification Requirements:
- Master’s or its equivalent academic degree;
- At least one-year work experience in an academic or administrative position at an educational institution;
- Knowledge of higher education program structure, curriculum, syllabus and legislative regulations related to the program;
- Good command of office programs;
- Knowledge of a foreign language (at least B2 level).
Additional Requirements:
- Management skills;
- Ability to establish business and correct relationships with students and staff;
- Ability to work as a team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Performing the tasks assigned by the Dean and the Program Supervisor related to educational and organizational issues within the program;
- Assisting Program Supervisor during the process or internal and external mobility;
- Managing process, preparing appropriate documents for students;
- Controlling the upload of syllabi in the system Goni and assisting lecturers and program supervisors when needed;
- Preparing/arranging senior students’ study cards;
- Helping students in selecting courses adequately;
- Assisting a program supervisor in making individual study plans for students;
- Providing information to interested individuals within the scope of competence;
- Assisting students with the issues related to the academic process (choosing subjects, navigating is the educational program);
- Assisting lecturers on issues related to the teaching process;
- Providing consultations on navigating in the learning process management system Goni and on forming register;
- Clerical work;
- Performing tasks of various administrative units of the University;
- Providing information to interested individuals about faculty programs;
- Participating in organizing and running the curriculum working group sessions, writing minutes of the meeting;
- Taking part in focus meetings with students and the analysis of meeting results.
Working Conditions:
Work load: Full-time;
Number of working hours: 40 hours per week;
Probation period: three months (paid).
