International Scientific Conference “Challenges of Modern Law” was opened at Caucasus International University on June 22.
The conference consists of two panels: Public Law (sections: Public Law; Criminal Law; International Law) and Private Law (Business Law; Technology Law; Civil Law).
The two-day conference, which is held in a hybrid format, is attended by 52 Georgian and foreign presenters, and the presentations combine a wide range of topics.
The aim of the conference is to refine the field of national or international law and to share with each other the knowledge and experience of professors, researchers, scientists, doctoral students working in this field.
The event was opened by the Rector of Caucasus International University, Professor Kakhaber Kordzaia. Welcoming speeches were delivered by Mindia Ugrekhelidze, Supervisor of the University Doctoral Program in Law, Advisor to the Minister of Justice of Georgia, Emeritus Professor of CIU; Dean of the Faculty of Law, Professor George Khatidze; Head of the Scientific Research Department, Professor Sesili Gogiberidze; Adviser to the Chancellor of the University on Science and Innovation, Professor Zviad Gabisonia.
The conference will be closed with a concluding event on June 23.
