Public defense of the dissertation by Tamta Tsirkvadze, doctoral student of Educational Program in Law was held at Caucasus International University on June 14. The topic of the dissertation: “Dimensional Understanding of Affected Crime”.
Scientific supervisor of the dissertation thesis is Mindia Ugrekhelidze, Academician and Professor and the scientific co-supervisor is Peter Wilkitzki, Doctor of Law, Professor Emeritus at the University of Cologne.
The official reviewers are Ioseb Vardzelashvili, Doctor of Law, Professor and Vladimer Matcharashvili, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor.
After submitting the paper and following the relevant procedures, Tamta Tsirkvadze was awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Law by the decision of the Dissertation Council of the Doctoral Program in Law, Faculty of Law at Caucasus International University.
