ERASMUS+ Staff Mobility for Teaching at the University of Gdansk
Within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, the University of Gdansk announces a short-term exchange program for academic staff from CIU.
Mobility details:
- Type: Teaching mobility at the University of Gdansk;
- Duration: Minimum 5 working days (plus 2 travel days);
- Grant: 140€ per day (including 2 travel days) + travel contribution based on EC distance calculator;

Selection criteria and process:
- Initial selection at home institution: • Method: Evaluation of mobility programme value • Criteria: Objectives, content, expected outcomes, and impact of mobility
- Nomination to University of Gdansk
- Acceptance by University of Gdansk: • UG reviews nominations and issues Letters of Acceptance
Evaluation criteria:
- Alignment with inter-institutional agreement
- Language proficiency
- Teaching programme quality
- Expected impact of mobility
The obligatory criterion for us is that the candidates must speak fluent Russian and must be able to give lectures in Russian on such topics, as Slavonic languages, literature, cultures, history, etc. The recruiting procedure must last at least one week.

- Minimum 8 teaching hours per week required
