On November 29, the Faculty of Medicine at Caucasus International University organized a public lecture on the topic: “Early Diagnosis, Effective Treatment and Prevention of Lung Cancer”.
Elene Jamberidze, Academic Doctor of Medicine, specialist in palliative care, oncologist led the lecture.
Within the framework of the lecture, the speaker placed emphasis on the characteristics of lung cancer, its risk factors, diagnosis and treatment opportunities, and in the second part of the meeting, she answered the audience’s questions.
A public lecture was held in connection with the International Lung Cancer Awareness Month (November).
