On June 7, Tornike Cheishvili, the Deputy Minister of Justice of Georgia, delivered a public lecture on the topic “The Legal Chronicle of Georgian State Independence” at the invitation of Caucasus International University. The event was dedicated to the Independence Day of Georgia, May 26.
At the meeting, Tornike Cheishvili reviewed, on the historical-legal plain, the main legal documents, principles, and stages of development on the basis of which the modern Georgian state was formed.
The lecture was conducted in an interactive format and provoked great interest among the students. A discussion was held in a question-answer mode towards the end of the event.
