School of International Politics and Diplomacy – Series 2

CIU Faculty of Social Sciences is announcing call for a second round of the educational-cognitive project – “School of International Politics and Diplomacy” for entrants interested in international relations.

The content of the project is developed in active cooperation with partner organizations with international experience:

• Levan Mikeladze Diplomatic Training and Research Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia;
• Parliamentary Research Center of Georgia;
• Georgian Institute for Geostrategic and Euro-Atlantic Integration Studies;
• Association of Young Experts.

The aim of the project is to provide entrants with general knowledge about the international relations profession and its role in global politics, which is crucial for each country.

April 8, 20:00 – “War in Ukraine and Challenges Facing Georgia”

Giorgi Antadze - Acting Director of the Research Center of the Parliament of Georgia, Director of Defense and Security of the analytical organization “GeoCase”;

April 9, 20:00 – “The Impact of Religions on World Political Actors”

Giorgi Pareshishvili - Doctor of Political Science, Invited Lecturer, Advisor to CIU Rector, Chairman of Niko Nikoladze Society;

April 11, 20:00 – “Political Culture and the Image of the State in International Politics”

Tamar Chiburdanidze-Lomtadze - Doctor of Political Science, Chairman of the Demographic Revival Foundation of Georgia, Director of the Center for Political Branding and Problem Management, Assistant Professor at CIU;

April 12, 20:00 – “Modern International Relations and Global Security”
