A short course in winemaking is being held within the framework of the joint project of Georgian EnoTourism Association (GETA) and Caucasus International University (CIU).
The winemaking course is intended for specialists working in the field and individuals interested in the subject. The aim of the program is to provide the necessary knowledge and skills for a winemaker using modern teaching methods.
The course is led by the trainer: Saba Kitiashvili, a chief winemaker at Ethno Okami” LLC; National Wine Agency - Member of Tasting Committee; a sommelier - Shumi wine company; a founder / chief winemaker - “Spring Fields” LLC.
Within the framework of the course, the meetings are held in the tasting space of Caucasus International University, in the wine cellar “Kolkhi” and in the Shumi wine bar.
