Training Economics for Business at CIU

The training Economics for Business was organized by Caucasus international University International Relations Department on November 26-30, 2018

Sabina Jurkaitienė - Supervisor of the Program in Finances and Accounting of Klaipeda State University of Applied Sciences conducted a training within the framework of Erasmus+ program. She discussed with the audience such significant issues as:

• Lithuanian Development in context of European Union;
• Characteristics of Market Structure;
• How to do Business in Lithuania? Country overview, International Environment, Types of Business entities, Taxation;
• The relationship between Government and Business (Reasons for government Intervention in the market; Government and the firm; Government and the market;
• Sustainable Business Management.

Sabina Jurkaitienė held business meetings with CIU authorities and academic personnel alongside the training. Both sides discussed the perspectives of future collaboration between the universities.
