The course is led by Nino Gorgadze, Head of the International Project Management Association of Georgia, PMP (Project Management Professional).
The course is attended by employees of various companies, including Caucasus International University administrative staff.
Modern project-based teaching methods are fully integrated in the training. Each meeting is divided into theoretical and practical parts, which give a listener the opportunity to consolidate the gained knowledge by working on exercises and cases.
At the first meeting, the participants were introduced to such issues as: the essence of project management and key definitions; Project Manager, his/her role and knowledge triangle, project constraints, project life cycle, project initiation, Project Charter / PID. In the practical part, a project initiation document was prepared as part of group work.
It should be noted that Caucasus International University Life-Long Learning and CIU Career Development Service actively plans and conducts training courses in various fields.
Simultaneously, it is planned to conduct a “Project Management” training course periodically.
