On April 2, the award ceremony of “CIU Academies” project was held at Caucasus International University.
The academies project started on February 26 and more than 600 pupils, entrants and students participated in it.
Within the academies of law, business, informatics, international relations, journalism, viticulture and medicine, the trainees received relevant professional knowledge from practicing specialists and experts in the field.
The project consisted of both meetings in the auditorium space and online master classes. The participants were represented from all regions of Georgia.
David Gvetadze, head of CIU Strategic Communications Department and academies project, hosted the award ceremony. George Khatidze, Dean of the Faculty of Law of CIU, Nana Amiranashvili, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences of CIU, Alika Guchua, supervisor of Undergraduate Program in International Relations of CIU and Ucha Metreveli, Coordinator of the Faculty of Medicine of CIU, delivered speeches to the audience and participated in the award ceremony.
Along with the certificates, the entrants received 1,000 GEL vouchers for the digital technology course and 2,000 GEL vouchers for the foreign language course from the university.
It should be noted that making a professional choice is one of the main challenges of the entrant. The goal of the project - to assist entrants in getting to know the professions they want better - has been fulfilled, although this is only the beginning. The university continues to communicate with them on an ongoing basis.
So, get to know and remember - active, successful, and in the future, professional young people!
Academy participants who could not manage to attend the event will receive certificates and vouchers.
