The presentation of the first issue of the scientific journal “Justice” was held on February 22 at the Ministry of Justice of Georgia. The journal is distinguished in Georgian legal space. It contains important sections on contemporary issues of law. A large part of the journal will be devoted to the works of young researchers. The fact that Georgian versions of the works of famous foreign jurispudents will be published here is of utmost significance for the readers. Articles about the work of prominent Georgian and foreign lawyers will be published periodically. The journal is published in Georgian and English languages.
The fact of the birth of Caucasus International University journal is gleeful twofold. The editor of the journal “Justice” is Mindia Ugrekhelidze, CIU Professor and Beka Kantaria, Associate Professor at the University.
The articles by Zviad Gabisonia, Caucasus International University Professor (“The Essence of Artificial Intelligence and the Problem of Recognition as a Subject of Law”), Beka Kantaria, Associate Professor (Davit Kheltuplishvili – 1861-1921), Lara Nachkebia, PhD student (The Problem of Decision Execution in World Trade Organization Dispute Resolution System) and Tornike Putkaradze (The Standard of Fair and Equal Treatment in Investment Agreements - Modern Approaches) were published in the first issue of the journal.
