Wine Production Quality Control in the Context of Food Safety

Caucasus International University Life-Long Learning Service and the Faculty of Viticulture-Winemaking offer an innovative training course Wine Production Quality Control in the Context of Food Safety on January 28 to 1 February, 2019. The course has been worked out within the framework of Erasmus+ project by the participation of European partners. The course is designed for wine factory lab assistants, winemakers, food and wine products testing and diagnostic laboratory personnel.

The course consists of five modules and includes both theoretical as well as practical teaching and laboratory practice.

1. Main principles of laboratory practice
2. Food safety
3. Wine quality control and wine fraud
4. Chemical and instrumental methods to define wine composition
5. Sensory control of wine quality
