The University of Rzeszów (Poland) representatives visited Caucasus International University within the framework of Erasmus+ program on May 25.
Prof. Maciej Kluz, the coordinator of the Institute of Food Technology of the University of Rzeszów, the tutor of the student research group “FERMENT” and PhD student, Karol Pietrzyk were among the guests.
The purpose of the working visit was to study Georgian traditional technologies of wine making at the Faculty of Viticulture and Winemaking.
CIU has been cooperating with the University of Rzeszów since 2019 on the basis of a memorandum of understanding.
