The commission, being created in compliance with “Regulation for Awarding Successful Students with Scholarships, Single Prizes and other Kinds of Incentive” reviewed the academic results of 2017-2018-spring semester and documentations submitted by the students verifying their participation in the activities pursued by the university and as well as in scientific-research activities. The commission made ranking with points (Semester GPA (350-400 points), participation in student activities (0-10 points) and participation in academic-scientific activities (0-10 points). Consequently, a list of scholarship holders of 2018-2019 academic year was approved under Chancellor’s order.
In accordance with the amendments made in the “Regulation for Awarding Successful Students with Scholarships, Single Prizes and other Kinds of Incentive”, 20 students with the best academic performance will be granted a scholarship (funding semester tuition fee) – The first three students with the best academic performance in the list will gain – 100% funding, the next 7 students in the list will gain – 50% funding, the remaining ten students – 20% funding.
81 students gained a scholarship in the current term. Individual notifications about gaining scholarships will be sent to every candidate in the Academic Process Management System – “GONI”.
