On June 18-25, the Erasmus+ youth exchange project “Inter-religious 2024” was held in Nyiregyhaza, Hungary.
The project served as an inter-religious dialogue, with 25 young members representing Georgia, Hungary, Spain, Italy and Serbia. Georgia was represented by Tamar Inasaridze, Vice Rector of Caucasus International University (group leader) and students of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities: Giorgi Mkheidze, Tatia Osiashvili, Jaba Abutidze, Mariam Vekua.
Within the framework of the project, the participants were hosted by local religious denominations: The Roman Catholic Church, the Orthodox Church, the Hungarian Greek-Catholic Church and the Baptist Church.
Along with this, it should be noted that the representatives of the above-mentioned countries individually held cultural evenings, which aimed to present and introduce their cultures to the audience.
The project also included various activities: thematic presentations, debates, interactive quizzes, etc.
