Professor of the Faculty of Viticulture and Winemaking, Levan Ujmajuridze, nominated by Caucasus International University, was unanimously elected as an academician of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences of Georgia in the direction of horticulture and viticulture.
Levan Ujmajuridze is a Doctor of Agriculture, Director of the Scientific Research Center of Agriculture, International Expert in the field of agriculture. The public knows him well as a prolific researcher of viticulture-winemaking problems. He has published 78 scientific articles, including 12 monographs, 1 invention, 2 patents, which are important from the point of view of a scientific idea, a new research method, or their practical application.
Levan Ujmajuridze has been a professor of the Faculty of Viticulture and Winemaking at Caucasus International University since its establishment (2014) and is engaged in productive educational activities. He imparts his deep and academic knowledge to the students of Undergraduate and Postgraduate Programs in Georgian Viticulture and Winemaking and is actively involved in the scientific activities of the faculty. Over the years he has supervised a number of successful scientific and research grant projects.
