A Public Lecture by Gocha Javakhishvili, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to France, Permanent Representative of Georgia to UNESCO, Was Held at CIU
On April 26, Gocha Javakhishvili, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to France, Permanent Representative of Georgia to UNESCO, held a public lecture on the topic: “Dynamics of Relations between Georgia and France” at Caucasus International University.
The speaker reviewed the historical aspects of Georgian-French relations, the contemporary political challenges and opportunities between the countries. The special role of France in the direction of the integration of Georgia into the European Union, as well as the opportunities available for young people in the direction of study and research in France were noted.
The lecture was moderated by Giorgi Pareshishvili, Advisor to Rector of Caucasus International University.
The ambassador met with the chancellor of Caucasus International University, Vakhtang Tsivtsivadze.
Students, administrative and academic staff attended the public lecture held at the university.
