Caucasus International University students of BA Program in Law Studies held simulated court proceeding on the following five arguable issues – “Annulling Partnership Protocol”, “Refunding Damage”, “Refunding Damages Caused by Vehicles”, “Declaring Owner of a House as Having no Heir and Registering Property”, “Annulling Real Estate Purchase Agreement”, and “Fulfilling Purchase Agreement Duties”.
Four groups made up of the university third-year students participated in the civil law simulated trial.
The best judge, defender, lawyer and defendant were awarded certificates for successful participation in a trial.
The above mentioned activity was implemented within the framework of Zura Chkonia’s subject “Civil Affairs Trial”.
