Monitoring religious terrorism in Georgia, the role of mass media in preventing religious conflicts, Prometheism, Pacifism and Intelligence – these are the issues which were discussed at the conference together with other projects.
The students have been working on the above mentioned issues during the whole semester.
The exam-conference was organized within the framework of university lecturer, Aleksandre Rusetski’s subject “The Role of Religion in Peace Processes”.
The Centre for Preventing Religious Conflicts has been established within the frame of the subject.
Zaza Vashakmadze, a chairperson of the State Agency for Religious Issues together with the subject lecturer attended the papers delivered by students and discussed the possibility for the joint implementation of the projects.
The above mentioned event was organized within the framework of the memorandum of mutual collaboration signed between Caucasus International University and State Agency for Religious Issues.
