Caucasus International University Rector Kakhaber Kordzaia conducted training for students. The topic of the training was “Setting a Goal”.
The Rector discussed with students six main principles for setting a goal.
Students gained information why not to use a word “I want” while achieving an aim, why should aim be always measurable, realistic, set concrete deadlines and be in accordance with own passions/fantasy and not with public opinion.
The aim of the above mentioned training was to increase students’ motivation.
