Dispute Resolution Centre continues training on the topic “Arbitration Law” for Caucasus International University students.
The third meeting was held on 2 June, 2016 within the framework of the training.
The seminar was delivered by Giorgi Tutberidze. The lecturer discussed the peculiarities of Securement, types, procedures and the essence of evidence in arbitration court.
Giorgi Tutberidze placed emphasis on two types of experts – an expert appointed by arbitration tribunal and an expert, presented by arbitration examination.
The training was attended by students from Law faculty.
The concluding meeting will be held on 9 June and students will be awarded certificates.
