A certificate course “Wine and Wine Culture” finished on 13 February and the participants were awarded bilingual certificates. The training was conducted by Caucasus International University Life-Long Learning Service within the framework of TEMPUS project SSRULLI.
During a week- course participants gradually became familiar with wine types, wine aromas and margins of its perception, wine tourism, wine defect, and wine-food combination.
The certificate course was conducted by Ketevan Jurkhadze, CIU Deputy Chancellor.
Due to the big amount of participants and great interest, Caucasus International University Life-Long Learning Service will offer the course two more times in February.
The training “Wine and Wine Culture” is designed for specialists who are working in wine-making, individuals interested in wine industry and tourism.
