Caucasus International University in partnership with Greens Movement of Georgia- Friends of the Earth – Georgia has organized school educational project “Nature is Master”. The aim of the project is to raise environment protection awareness, introduce the principles of green Economics and realize the significance of environmental recommendation envisaged by EU-Georgia Association Agreement.
The event was opened by Jemal Sologhashvili, acting Dean of CIU Business Faculty. He familiarized the attending audience with the history of establishment and development of CIU and wished each participant good luck.
Two games of the project were held on 4 December. Koda, Tetritskaro N 1 Public School and Ertisi Public School met each other in the first part. The second game was held between schools of Isan-Samgori Municipality: N 107, N 106, N 219, N 178, N 182, N 152, N 124, N 87, N 146. The members of the committee were: Jemal Sologhashvili, Acting Dean of CIU Business Faculty, Paata Khizanishvili, State Representative - Governor of Kvemo Kartli, Nino Chkhobadze, Co-Chair of Greens Movement of Georgia- Friends of the Earth – Georgia, Zaza Kvantaliani, Coordinator of Forestry Policy and Gia Todua, Environmental Expert.
From Tetritskaro Municipality Tetritskaro Public School N 1and from Isan-Samgori Municipality Public School 182 won the intellectual game.
