Nature is Master – Game of Rustavi Public Schools
Caucasus International University in partnership with Greens Movement Georgia/”Friends of the Earth Georgia” organize school educational project “Nature is Master”.
The aim of the project is to raise environment protection awareness, introduce the principles of green Economics and realize the significance of environmental recommendation envisaged by EU-Georgia Association Agreement.
The event was opened by Marina Gedevanishvili, CIU Vice-Rector and Head of Quality Assurance Service. She familiarized the attending audience and students with the history of CIU establishment and development, wished success to participants and expressed hope that the author of this intellectual project Marine Ugulava will continue organizing educational competitions.
Rustavi Public Schools (N16, N2, “School-Mzekabani”, N4, N17, N9 and N15) met each other at the intellectual game.
The committee members were defined as follows: Marina Gedevanishvili, CIU Vice-Rector and Head of Quality Assurance Service, Paata Khizanishvili, Governor of Kvemo Kartli and Rusudan Sidamonidze, Chair of Greens Movement Georgia/”Friends of the Earth Georgia”. The intellectual game was attended by invited guests as well; Ia Sulaberidze, a poet, Professor Tamarela Tsotsoria, Doctor of Philology, Zaza Kvantaliani, coordinator of Forestry Policy at Greens Movement Georgia / “Friends of the Earth Georgia”, Levan Zhvania, Deputy Head of Kvemo Kartli Administration and Ekaterine Kudarava, Head of Public Relations Service at Kvemo Kartli Administration.
Public School N 2 won the competition.
