Global UGRAD Program is offered by US Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. The Global UGRAD Program provides one academic year scholarships at US universities and colleges to outstanding undergraduate students from the following countries in Eurasia and Central Asia: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kirgizia, Medlow, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkey, Ukraine and Uzbekistan. No academic degree is awarded as a result of the program.
The program is fully funded and offers any educational discipline.
