Objectives, Tasks and Sections

Objectives of the Service:

• Implementing lifelong learning within the university and the community;
• Collaborating with state and international organizations, as well as other services, to develop educational programs, and incorporating their recommendations;
• Preparing and offering short-term and long-term trainings, courses and programs to the general public;
• Enhancing technology skills awareness by offering targeted short courses to the public;
• Providing lifelong learning opportunities for students, faculty, and administrative staff, including specialized vocational trainings;
• Organizing foreign language courses for all interested individuals.
• Fostering internationalization through diverse programs and initiatives.

Tasks of the Service:

• Identifying priority areas for the university lifelong learning programs.
• Managing trainee enrollment, certificate issuance, and related record-keeping.
• Informing the public about the current and upcoming programs and activities.
• Introducing Georgian language courses for foreigners.
• Organizing general and ESP language courses.
• Implementing an ongoing program to enhance English language proficiency among administrative staff.
• Planning events that incorporate cultural and cognitive elements.
