Objectives, Tasks and Sections
Objectives of the Service:
- Implementing lifelong learning within the university and the community;
- Collaborating with state and international organizations, as well as other services, to develop educational programs, and incorporating their recommendations;
- Preparing and offering short-term and long-term trainings, courses and programs to the general public;
- Enhancing technology skills awareness by offering targeted short courses to the public;
- Providing lifelong learning opportunities for students, faculty, and administrative staff, including specialized vocational trainings;
- Organizing foreign language courses for all interested individuals.
- Fostering internationalization through diverse programs and initiatives.
Tasks of the Service:
- Identifying priority areas for the university lifelong learning programs.
- Managing trainee enrollment, certificate issuance, and related record-keeping.
- Informing the public about the current and upcoming programs and activities.
- Introducing Georgian language courses for foreigners.
- Organizing general and ESP language courses.
- Implementing an ongoing program to enhance English language proficiency among administrative staff.
- Planning events that incorporate cultural and cognitive elements.
