On April 26, a training was held for the students of the Faculty of Viticulture and Winemaking of Caucasus International University on the topic: “Food Safety in Wine Production, HACCP and Preliminary Preparatory Work”.
The training was led by Tamari Otkhmezuri, Agronomy and Extension Specialist of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, and the meeting was held within the framework of the UN Food Safety Project.
Before the start of the event, Olani Gotsiridze, Dean of the Faculty of Viticulture and Winemaking of Caucasus International University, welcomed the audience.
The training was prepared based on the materials of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations Spanish consultant Silvia Burruezo and OIV.
At the end of the training, each participant was awarded a certificate.
