On October 11, Caucasus International University hosted an information meeting organized by the Georgian Innovation and Technology Agency on the topic: “University Competition UNI4VERSE” - focus on the green economy.
The competition aims to provoke interest in innovation and technology among universities and students as well as identify the best university of the year.
Ketevan Nanobashvili, Dean of CIU Faculty of Business and Technology and Guram Liluashvili, Coordinator of the Life-Long Learning and Career Development Service, addressed the audience, emphasizing the importance of innovation in fostering a sustainable future.
The information meeting covered key topics such as the green economy, commercialization of research and development of business products, sustainable solutions, ecological challenges, and strategies for their resolution, incorporating practical examples from other countries.
The meeting was chaired by Mariam Vardidze, Project Manager at Tbilisi Technopark of the Georgian Innovation and Technology Agency, Avto Tavdishvili, a representative of the Innovative Education Fund, and Soso Berikashvili, a green economy expert.
The event was organized by the Life-Long Learning and Career Development Service in collaboration with the Faculty of Business and Technology of Caucasus International University.
