An international teachers’ conference– “Strengthening Volunteer Culture in School Life” was held in Kutaisi. The event was organized by the National Academy of Education and Business of Georgia in partnership with the Caucasus International University On March 23.
The large-scale conference was aimed at developing teachers’ professional and pedagogical-practical research skills, sharing pedagogical experience, raising the quality of teaching and learning, and promoting cooperation-based teaching.
The conference was attended by the winners of the National Award to Teachers, members of the tens club, foreign teachers from different countries, principals of public and private schools and successful teachers (more than 150 participants in total).
Giorgi Pareshishvili, Adviser to Rector of Caucasus International University, made a presentation at the conference, and was awarded with a Certificate of Gratitude for his special support of the event, and David Gvetadze, the head of CIU Strategic Communication Department, addressed the audience.
It should be noted that Caucasus International University continues the school education support program, which implies the possibility of active involvement in future projects between the school community and the university.
