The public defense of the dissertation thesis by Meri Ketiladze, a doctoral student of Educational Program in Law was held at Caucasus International University on March 9. The topic of the dissertation thesis was: “Rehabilitation Regime as an Effective Means of Implementing the interests of the Participants in the Insolvency Process”.
