A meeting on the topic: “Enneagram in Leadership” was held by Enneagram specialist and psychotherapist Ilia Nikachadze on October 15. The event was organized within the framework of the “Business Incubator” program at the Faculty of Business and Technologies at Caucasus International University.
The Enneagram defines nine personality types and their interrelationships: The Reformer, The Helper, The Achiever, The Individualist, The Investigator, The Loyalist, The Enthusiast, The Challenger, and The Peacemaker. Each is characterized by relevant motivation and unique behavior pattern. According to the Enneagram, each individual’s psychological portrait is primarily dominated by one of these types, which remains stable over time. However, in response to various situations, individuals can exhibit characteristics of the other types to varying extents, resulting in distinctive, adaptive behaviors.
During the meeting, the speaker reviewed each psycho-type and answered the audience’s questions.
Before the start of the lecture, Ia Nadirashvili, the head of the “Business Incubator” program, addressed the audience and highlighted the significance of the topic.
Administrative and academic staff of the Faculty of Business and Technology attended the meeting together with the students.
