Enneagram Training for Administration

On April 7, a master class was held for the administrative staff of Caucasus International University, focusing on the Enneagram as a psychological tool and its practical applications in both business and daily life. The session was led by Ilia Nikachadze, an NLP Coach and Enneagram Master (ICTA), Gestalt Therapist (EAGT), International Trainer, and Vice-President of the Georgian Enneagram Association.

During the master class, participants explored the Enneagram as a map of the human psyche, assisting them identify psychotypes and gain a deeper understanding of human behavior. It was emphasized that the Enneagram’s key advantage over other profiling tools lies in its depth and ability to produce practical results.

Within the framework of the master class, the application of the Enneagram in several key areas was discussed, such as: Leadership - Identifying different leadership styles and exploring strategies for improvement; Management - Analyzing team members’ psychotypes to effectively assign roles; Communication - Enhancing employee relationships and reducing conflicts.
