A workshop on the topic “Effective Interview with Employer” was organized by Life-Long Learning and Career Development Service of Caucasus International University on March 20.
The representatives of the “Hiro” company: Mariam Metonidze, Head of HR at “Hiro” and Neliko Kotorashvili, HR Generalist of "Hiro" discussed the current situation in the labor market of Georgia at the meeting, the demands of private businesses in relation to candidates, issues related to salary and other working conditions. In addition, the speakers highlighted the skills needed for employment in the desired position in the modern environment.
Within the framework of the meeting, students took part in a mock interview, which was aimed at facilitating effective interviews with employers.
