On June 5, a meeting was held on the topic: “What Should We Consider when Selecting a Company? - Strong Employer Brand” within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Faculty of Business and Technology of Caucasus International University and the company Helio.AI.
Speakers Helio.AI co-founders, COO Nini Mosiashvili and CPO Sulkhan Sakhvadze, spoke about companies with a strong HR-brand and their significant competitive advantage. In addition, strong employer branding trends for 2024 were discussed.
As part of the meeting, a neuroscientific game was shared with the students on site - a game that helps employers assess candidates’ soft skills and create their behavioral profile.
