An information meeting regarding the grant competition announced by the Ministry of Justice of Georgia was held at Caucasus International University on November 20.
The event was opened by George Khatidze, the Dean of the Faculty of Law at CIU, who thanked the Ministry of Justice of Georgia for its dynamic activities, including the scientific-academic direction, and placed emphasis on the significance of grant projects.
The information meeting held at the university was chaired by Manana Begiashvili, Head of the Administrative Department of the Ministry.
The speaker reviewed the Ministry’s grant contests implemented in recent years, and she focused on the current competition, which includes three main directions: promoting the introduction of innovative services in the system of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia; strengthening the protection of human rights; enhancing legal security.
Lana Batlidze, Deputy Head of the Administrative Department of the Ministry of Justice, together with the main speaker, answered the audience’s questions in the second part of the meeting.
Administrative/academic staff and students of Caucasus International University attended the event.
