CIU Academy of Viticulture and Winemaking is open for entrants!
Within the framework of the project, entrants interested in viticulture and winemaking will have the opportunity to learn about the profession and work with practical mentors.
The project is fully funded by Caucasus International University.
The masterclasses will be held on the online platform ZOOM.

March 23, 8:00 p.m. – “Career Prospects of Viticulture and Winemaking in Georgia and the World” - Lasha Bodaveli, general manager of winery “Ethno Okami”, coordinator of the Faculty of Viticulture and Winemaking of CIU;
March 24, 8:00 p.m. – “Microzones of Viticulture and Recommended Grape Varieties” - Shengeli Kikilashvili, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, ampelographer of the wine company “Shumi”, quality and laboratory assurance manager of the wine company “Ethno Okami”, CIU lecturer;
March 25, 8:00 p.m. – “21st Century Opportunities in Winemaking” - Saba Kitiashvili, oenologist and certified sommelier, chief winemaker of “Ethno Okami” winery, sommelier of “Shumi” wine company, founder of “Spring Fields” company, CIU lecturer.
