Winemaking course is a joint project of Georgian EnoTourism Association (GETA) and Caucasus International University (CIU), within the framework of which admission to the course – “Winemaking” is announced.
The winemaking course is intended for specialists working in the field and for persons interested in the subject. The aim of the program is to provide the necessary knowledge and skills for the winemaker using modern teaching methods.
Trainer: Saba Kitiashvili, “Ethno Okami” LLC - chief winemaker; National Wine Agency - Member of Tasting Commission; Shumi wine company - brand ambassador; “Spring Fields” LLC - founder / chief winemaker.
Duration of the Training: 7 meetings – 17 hours.

V Meeting - Wine and Food Pairing (practice)
Meeting date/time: June 14, 19:00-22:00. (3 hours)

VI Meeting - Serving and Wine Marketing (practice)

VII Meeting - Microvinification

Format: Face to face. Deadline for registration: May 24.
Certificate: The participants will be awarded a bilingual certificate issued by Georgian EnoTourism Association (GETA) and the Caucasus International University (CIU).
