On April 3, within the framework of the school-educational projects at Caucasus International University, a workshop on TV and radio journalism was held for pupils.
Soso Gazdeliani, a correspondent and radio host at CIU Multimedia Center, introduced to the pupils the unique aspects of radio broadcasting. Participants had the opportunity to record their voices in the radio studio and learn how to process their recordings for audio platforms.
Lika Zambakhidze, Producer at CIU Multimedia Center, discussed the principles of preparing news for television and the techniques for working with text. The participants also had the chance to experience being in front of the camera themselves.
Zaza Tsotniashvili, Head of the Bachelor’s and Master’s Programs at Caucasus International University Media School, discussed the innovative approaches integrated into the educational process. He also introduced the students to the latest trends in the media field.
The project was implemented under the supervision of Marine Ugulava, Coordinator of School-Educational Projects of CIU Public Relations Service.
