The participants of the “Student Life – 2023”, organized by the student self-government at Caucasus International University, taken prize places were awarded on November 28.
“Student Life – 2023” included sports, cultural and intellectual activities, which were distinguished by the active engagement of students.
Vakhtang Tsivtsivadze, Caucasus International University Chancellor, Kakhaber Kordzaia, CIU Rector, Giorgi Pareshishvili, Advisor to Rector, Amiran Sanikidze, Head of Youth, Sports and Culture Service, George Khatidze, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Marika Kldiashvili, Dean of the Faculty of Business and Technology and Nana Amiranashvili, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities directly participated in awarding the prizes.
It should be noted that according to the result shown on “Student Life – 2023”, the Faculty of Business and Technology was named as the best faculty.
Within the framework of the day, Giorgi Khuchua, a student of the Faculty of Law of Caucasus International University, who won the title of world champion in Ukrainian national belt wrestling, was awarded 1000 GEL from the university.
The victory of Caucasus International University at the large-scale event organized by Georgian University Sports Federation – “Student Festival – 2023” was celebrated at the event. CIU won 5 gold, 3 silver and 3 bronze medals at this festival.
On the same day, Caucasus International University Student Self-Government, Intellect Club, the Union of Student Clubs (Magnum Opus) and the Student-Mentor Institute summarized their activities and important achievements. Sports, cultural and educational clubs of the university were awarded with letters of gratitude for promoting the development of student life at Caucasus International University.
The event was chaired by Zurab Kavtaria and Bakur Khubulava, the president of the Student Self-Government, and Tatia Kokobinadze, the head of the Student-Mentor.
