Public Defence of Mariam Mkhitarova’s Dissertation Thesis

The public defence of the dissertation thesis by Mariam Mkhitarova, a student of the Doctoral Educational Program in Mass Communication was held at Multimedia Center Panorama, Caucasus International University on May 22, 2025. The topic of the dissertation thesis was: Representation of Political Processes in Entertaining Talk-Shows (on the example of 2021-2022).
The scientific supervisor of the dissertation thesis was Nino Chalaganidze, Doctor of Journalism, Associate Professor at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisis State University, Visiting Professor at Caucasus International University. The official reviewers were Zaza Tsotniashvili, Doctor of Social Sciences in the Field of Media, Professor at Caucasus International University and Natia Svanadze, Doctor of Mass Communication, Associate Professor at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisis State University. 
After presenting her dissertation tehsis and completing the relevant procedures, Mariam Mkhitarova was awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Mass Communication by the decision of the Dissertation Council.
