Erasmus+ Exchange Program at University of Burgos

CIU is pleased to announce admission of students for a semester exchange program at partner University of Burgos (Spain) with full funding for the Autumn semester of the 2024-2024 academic year within the framework of Erasmus+ program.

Undergraduate and Master’s students of the Faculty of Viticulture-Winemaking with an active status are eligible candidates.

Number of vacant places: 1

Scholarship:

530 EURO – transportation expenses;

850 EURO – monthly scholarship.

Submission of Applications:

Applications must be submitted through the University of Burgos platform. To apply, please follow these steps:

Fill in the registration form:

Username (email account) will be provided;

Create a password;

Complete registration;

Log in the system (using your username and password);

Click „Solicitud de intercambio de entrada“;

Choose Exchange Program Erasmus K 107;

Click “Add”;

Fill in your personal information;

Fill in the information about mobility. Please, upload all required documents. They are necessary to evaluate your application;

A photo;

Passport or ID;

Transcript of records in English language;

A document verifying student status in English language;

Signed Learning Agreement, where you will choose subjects offered by the University of Burgos. For the list of subjects, please visit the following link: https://www.ubu.es/grados;

Certificate verifying knowledge of Spanish or English (in case of no certificate, please contact CIU Department of International Relations: ird@ciu.edu.ge, 598564295);

A cover letter in Spanish or English;

Deadline for submitting documents: February 19, 2025.

Selection of candidates:

• Uploaded applications and documents will be sent to CIU for their evaluation.
• Caucasus International University will evaluate the applications and offer a list of candidates who meet the requirements.
• The list will be sent to the University of Burgos, where the selection committee will select the final winners.
